Have a question, found a problem, or have an idea?

Use this form to contact the people maintaining PK Tools. You can report a tool problem, suggest an improvement, request a correction, or ask about privacy.

Reporting a problem? Include the tool name, your browser, and what happened. Share the steps we can repeat using a non-sensitive example. Do not include passwords, payment information, or private file contents. This form does not accept attachments.

Privacy and correction requests

Select “Privacy request” to ask about information you have sent us, or “Content correction” to report an inaccurate instruction. Describe the relevant page or request, and provide only the information needed to help identify it.

We do not need your original documents to investigate most tool problems. PK Tools cannot recover files that were processed only in your browser.
