Updated

Local tool processing, with a clear explanation of the website services around it.

This policy describes information handled through PK Tools at pkgames.app. It covers the tools, contact form, browser preferences, analytics, advertising, and external resources. For questions or requests, use our contact form and choose “Privacy request”.

1. Files and tool inputs

The file and text tools process your selected files and entered content in your browser. Their conversion routines do not upload that content to the PK Tools server. Downloads are generated on your device. PK Tools does not keep a server-side copy of those input files or conversion results.

Copied links, QR codes, downloaded files, and text outputs can contain information you entered. Anyone you share those outputs with may be able to read it. Check outputs before sharing and keep your original files.

2. Contact messages

If you submit the contact form, your optional name, email address, chosen topic, and message are sent to the site's administrator through the site's email service. We use them to handle your request and reply when needed. Please do not send sensitive documents or passwords.

The form uses a short-lived hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. Its rate-limit record expires after 15 minutes without another counted attempt. Contact emails may remain in the receiving mailbox and its backups; contact us if you want to request deletion.

3. Technical data and analytics

Our hosting and website services receive standard request information such as IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, referring page, and access time. This supports site delivery, security, troubleshooting, and measurement.

The site uses Google Analytics, connected through WordPress integrations, and Jetpack Stats. These services can process page views, interactions, device details, approximate location, and online identifiers. They are separate from the tools' local file-processing routines.

Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Automattic's notice for visitors to sites using Jetpack.

4. Google AdSense and advertising cookies

PK Tools has integrated Google AdSense. Google and other advertising vendors may use cookies and similar identifiers to select ads using earlier visits to this website or other websites. These technologies can also help measure advertising and prevent abuse. Personalised advertising depends on applicable requirements, consent, and settings.

Google's advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to show ads informed by visits across websites. You can manage personalisation through Google My Ad Center. You can also review participating vendors' choices at YourAdChoices. Opting out of personalisation does not necessarily remove advertisements.

Google's Privacy Policy and advertising information explain its practices. Where an advertising consent message lists additional providers, use the linked provider information to review their practices and your choices.

5. Local preferences and external resources

Favourite tools and recently opened tool names are stored in your browser's local storage. File contents and text entered into the tools are not saved in those preference records. You can remove the preferences by clearing this site's browser data.

Google Fonts supplies web fonts, and some tools load software libraries from jsDelivr. YouTube thumbnail previews request public images from YouTube. Resource providers receive technical request data, including IP and browser information; the tool does not include your input files or entered document text in those library or font requests. YouTube thumbnail requests include the requested video identifier.

For more information, see Google's policy and jsDelivr's privacy policy. Our Cookie Policy explains browser storage and controls.

6. Service providers, retention, and security

Hosting, email, analytics, and advertising providers process information to supply their services. Their processing locations and retention periods depend on their settings and policies. Website logs, analytics records, and support correspondence have different retention periods; this policy does not claim that all website data is deleted when you close a tool.

Browser processing reduces the need to transfer your files, but does not guarantee security on a compromised device or browser. Keep your browser up to date and avoid entering confidential information on a device you do not trust.

7. Your choices and requests

You can clear site storage, block or delete cookies through your browser, adjust Google ad preferences, and review the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Browser controls may affect preferences or third-party features. If a consent message is shown to you, use its controls to accept, reject, or manage the choices it offers.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to uses of your personal information, or withdraw consent. Send a request through Contact. We may need enough information to identify the relevant correspondence or verify a request. Information held independently by an advertising or analytics provider may also need to be managed through that provider.

8. Policy changes

We may update this policy when the site or its services change. The date at the top identifies this version. Material changes should be reviewed before you continue using affected features.
