PDF to PNG: useful answers
Does PNG output preserve the PDF's vector data?
No. The pages are rasterized into images. PNG is lossless for the rendered pixels, but the output is no longer a vector PDF.
Why can high-resolution output use more memory?
Higher resolution means more pixels per page. Export fewer pages or choose a lower setting on devices with limited memory.
